3. Keep your transaction receipt until you received your item(s).

4. We may request the transaction receipt to be fax or email to us as evidence if there is any doubt.

5. Please check your item once received and inform us immediately if there is any defect on the item. We will check the item before ship it out to you.

6. Please check the item(s) availability with us before making any payment.

DELIVERY METHOD

For all type of Tudung, shawls & pashmina etc..

1. via pos express

~ for 1 -2 item(s) = RM4

2. via poslaju

~ for 3-4 items = RM6

~ for 5-8 items= RM9

~ for 9 & above = depends on weight & destination

3. We provide free shipping and handling charges to our customers in Semenanjung Malaysia (for Batik Sutera only).

4. Customers from Sabah and Sarawak region, please add RM5.00 for handling and shipping charges.

5. Delivery using PosLaju or courier service only.

* COD will be accepted around Sg. Besi

6. We only deliver your product(s) after full payment is received.

7. Product(s) will be delivered the next day after the payment cleared except on Saturday (which the pos office is closed) and Sunday.

8. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and someone will be accepting the good(s). If the good(s) is/are returned to us we will charge the handling and delivery fee to customer for second delivery.

9. We are not responsible for the damage (or loss of items) during delivery.

RETURN POLICY

1. All item(s) purchased from lynn-shoppe.blogspot.com is not returnable nor refundable.

2. If the mistakes comes from our part (defect, different ordered item or etc) we will replace or refund minus the shipping cost.

3. The defect item must be returned to us before we can replace or refund. We will not accept replace or refund request after 7 days of item received. Please check your item once received and inform us immediately if there any defect.

4. The customer should bear the shipping cost for the return item. We would advise you to use Poslaju or courier service to return the item to us.
